By combining with Solid-state fusion or Carburization heat treatment to reach better mechanical strength.
After inner bore counterbore and outer diameter grinding, the iron tube can achieve a surface roughness of Ra 0.1-0.3 for both the inner and outer surfaces.
Surface treatment: Nickel plating, Nickel electroplating, Zn3 and Zn6.
